Frequently Asked Questions...
What should I expect when I visit?
We promise to greet you warmly as you enter the building, but not overwhelm you. We believe you'll find DeHaven to be a place that feels like home from the moment you walk through the door.
Where do I go when I arrive?
If you're coming for worship, you can enter through the sanctuary opposite the parking lot directly across the street. Allow some extra time if you're visiting for the first time, especially if you're looking for a group to join or bringing children along.
What about my kids?
All children are welcome and age-appropriate learning is provided. A loving, dedicated nursery is available for infants and toddlers. All children must be signed in and accompanied by an adult.
Where do my teenagers go?
DeHaven's Youth Group is focused on unleashing youth to experience God, love one another, and serve others! On Sunday mornings our youth meet for Bible study at 9:30 a.m. on the second floor of the Education building. At 10:45 a.m. they join the adults in the main sanctuary for corporate worship.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable, and know that's okay. We encourage you to come as you are. You'll see a little of everything here - some wear jeans or business casual attire, while some wear suits and dresses.
