In the event that inclement weather forces us to cancel a worship service or activity, the following methods will be used to inform church members:
- Website Notification: The large "WELCOME" banner on the Home Page of our website will change from "Welcome" to "Services Cancelled" or "Activities Cancelled."
- Oldham County School Closing: DeHaven will follow weather closings of Oldham County Schools. All other notification methods will also be used.
- Robo-Call: Church members who are enrolled in our automatic phone notification service will receive an automated-voice phone call informing them of the closure. To enroll in this service, please call the church office.
- Facebook: The DeHaven Baptist Facebook page will include closing information.
- Email and Text: Those who receive Prayer Emails from the church will receive an email notification about the closing. If you are enrolled to receive texts from DeHaven, you will also receive a text notification.
